Is Chevron a good motor oil?

Hi everyone, usually I get Castrol, Mobil or Motorcraft, but Chevron is considerably better priced in my store, and I'd like to know if it is a good option... I own a Ford Focus.

You wont have any problems if you use chevron motor oil. Try to stick to the same wieght of motor oil if you do switch. Chevron oil will save you money and do the same job as the other ones, It may break down a little faster then the other ones , but by that time you will be changing oil again any way.Is Chevron a good motor oil?
Chevron oil is a low grade oil with cheap additives and it breaks down faster then say Castrol. If you have been using a synthetic or synthetic blend keep using that. if not i would suggest Motor Craft which is the factory oil for ford. That or Castrol GTX.
yes, Chevron is a fine oil. Just make sure you get the recommended weight of oil that is in your owner's manual. Price hunting is fine as long as you stick to the major brands.
