Honda ATV trx250ex 2001 model shaft drive,how much hypoid gear oil goes in the rear diff.?

am awaiting shop manual but wants know,will filling it up hurt ,when I drained it like four or mabey five ounces came out ,sure seems like A small amount for A diff that big ,my street bike takes A whole lot more in its diff , yet its not as big physically!Honda ATV trx250ex 2001 model shaft drive,how much hypoid gear oil goes in the rear diff.?
put it in till it comes up to the bottom of the threads of the fluid add plug. Wish I could be more specific, but usually differentials on these do not require very much.
