How do i change the gear box oil on a corsa?

there is a grounding sound coming from my gear box i been told i nead to change the gear box oil as it might of gone watery and might not be working properly so i want to know how can i cange the gear box oil ??????How do i change the gear box oil on a corsa?
there should be a plate bolted to the bottom of the box, approx 10 bolts, you have to remove this and the oil will gush out.


the plate must be resealed and put back on then the correct quantity of oil needs to be added throught the breather on top of the gearbox.

If you go under the vehicle there should be a drain screw, but before you do any thing make sure your transmission is serviceable, if you have a sealed tranny you be better of if a professional do it for you even if you have to pay a couple bucks!! Good luck!

take it to a lube center ask them to change the gear box oil ask them to show you how its done most places will be more than happy to help
